Dr. Michelle Garcia, MD

Dr Garcia has a caring and complete understanding of what my issues are. I am sorry to see her leave but am as equally happy for her success in her new location. I would recommend her to anyone in search of a new primary care. She really cared and help to improve my medical condition with adjusted medicine. Thank You Dr. Garcia.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garcia for over a year now and am very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She takes whatever time is necessary to listen to concerns and address health issues. I am so glad I found her!

She missed a herniated/ruptured discs, and both knees had meniscus tears (2), bcause I have MS and it’s stable she didn’t look beyond MS. She already had her opinion. And to go as far to contact other providers and administrators in her practice not to believe me. She refused to do testing or even consider there could be something other than MS going on. I was rushed to the hospital and the disc ruptured and the meniscus tear went untreated so surgery had to be performed. My advice if some feels off and you know something is going on with your body, continue to get the right provider to listen and do those test. Now I’m suffering with life long issues because of her “opinion” not her medical proof.. she never once laid a hand on me to exam or look outside the box that’s it could be something else. She bullied me and threatened me! I’m not the only one that has endured her inept care, it’s their story to tell. I felt it was my duty to share my experience. I saw her at a prior office!

I’m delighted that Dr. Garcia has joined Rochester Primary Care. She is professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my health concerns and knowledge of my own body. Great bedside manner!

I was without a primary care physician and picked Dr Garcia because she was a female accepting new patients. To my surprise she has exceeded my expectations and one of the best doctors I've ever met. She is great at listening and running enough tests to make sure everything is ok. I really appreciate her bed-side manor.
