Very kind. My appointment was not rushed. She explained the lab results to me that my primary care provider had ordered. My PCP was too rushed to answer my questions. She even told me her schedule so I could reach her again!

Dr. LaFlamme took her time explaining why I didn’t need an antibiotic I was very grateful for her knowledge . Would love it if she could be my primary care physician as my primary care physician does not take the time to explain things just wants to give me medication’s and move on

Telehealth video visit. Provider was totally unprofessional because there was difficulty logging into the system. If she doesn’t have the time to give to patients, she should go work somewhere else.

Shockingly bad and condescending

Telehealth call. Told her about my history of sinus colds that cold was dropping to my chest. All the usual stuff with sinus and likely chest infection. She told me it was a virus and she will not prescribe anitibiotics. She told me that she will not practice bad medicine because other doctors gave me prescriptions many times in the past. She was terrible. Worst Dr I have ever seen. She has a serious case of “I am better than you”.

I asked a question about treatment options, which she interpreted as me questioning her judgment. She responded passive aggressively and then abruptly ended our session. I was shocked.
