I saw Dr Jacobs for a head injury at an urgent care facility in Seattle. Dr Jacobs explained to me what she was going to do and why. She answered my question. Closed cut on my head (staples). And before she let me go, made sure that I understood what I was to do to care for the cut until it was time for the staples to be removed. I found her to be very professional, and would recommend her services.
