Excellent medical treatment over the past three years. Dr. Juneau is the best! A caring, amazing provider, it took A LOT to induce me to leave the practice. But great care is NOT worth navigating the broken and unresponsive practice bureaucracy. - Forced to contact the practice dozens and dozens of times for referral management - Patient portal is useless as no one reads or responds to requests for rx, appointments, referrals, etc. - For years automated phone tree has indicated the "menu options have recently changed." NO, they never change. So the practice is lying to me. How can I trust them when something as simple as a phone tree is flatly false? - Pay for parking at Buckhead office. Parking should be validated - A 7:50 am means being seen at 7:50 am, not 8:05. If I was 15 minutes late for an appointment, I get a $50 No Show fee. But it does not work the other way around. - How can schedule be so mismanaged that half an hour into the day, appointments are already 15 min behind?

I love her. You are not rushed, she explains things in great detail and her bedside manner is wonderful. I have had several cosmetic procedures done by her and wow she is amazing. I am nothing but 100% satisfied with my results and with Dr. Degolian and her staff. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Juneau is my mother's doctor. She is a fantastic doctor, very compassionate. She took a lot of time with us and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and treatment and answered all of our questions. She also took the time to ask and listen to how my mother was doing in general with her other health problems. It's rare to find a doctor with such compassion.

During my appt, her bedside manners were horrendous. Dr. Juneau spent less than 5 minutes with me - it was clear that she was rushing the entire time. She provided zero context or explanation about two of the bumps I was there for - she simply said she could remove them via a surgical procedure. She had no regard for my apprehension about medicine that she was prescribing and when I asked for more information about them she simply said one may cause birth defects, however, if I wasn't trying to get pregnant it did not matter. Again, NO REGARD for my overall apprehension. I was very clearly just a number for Dr. Juneau. She shows no care, no intentionality, and no real respect for patients who are people of color.

Doctor Juneau was professional, provided great medical care, offered thoughtful suggestions (at my request) about future preventive treatments and most importantly was kindhearted with great humor and relatability. N Horten

It was many years ago - before this website - but Dr. Juneau was very thorough, explained everything she did/prescribed, and was available for follow-up. However, I was disappointed that she wouldn't come with me to a swanky dinner party. I thought we'd make a perfect couple!

Dr. Juneau is awesome! I had a terrible breakout summer '18 and after visiting aestheticians and multiple spas with no change in my skin's appearance, I gave Dr. Juneau a visit and my face was clear in less than 3 weeks.

Don't bother. Terrible experience. Railroaded through the entire process. Spent more time waiting than anything else. Was asked more questions and spent more time with the stressed out med tech, (which was very little) than Juneau. Juneau was in exam room a total of 3 mins . Did not do a thorough exam. Was not taken seriously. Waste of time and money . All employees seemed stressed . Will not be returning. Chose carefully

Dr. Juneau is a great general and cosmetic dermatologist. She is great at detecting skin cancer and just taking care of any skin issues that arise. A lot of my friends see her for cosmetics also. I would highly recommend Dr. Juneau and Dermatology Consultants!

Dr Juneau IS NOT who you want to see for a true medical need or condition. You WILL be treated like a number, she will NOT listen to your concerns, she WILL rush and show obvious contempt when you ask questions, they WILL drop the ball on calling in prescriptions, she WILL charge you/insurance a premium but WILL NOT spend more than 5 minutes with you. Took only 3 visits, a LOT of $, and countless phone calls for lab results and prescriptions to determine THIS DR DOES NOT CARE, it's all about $$

Went in to have 4 Milia removed which an aesthetician told me she could not remove per her license. Dr. Juneau said she could remove them but it might cause scarring as they were deep. She suggested using Retinol for a month with a moisturizer she sold that was $125 (not covered by insurance). Then return for an hour long facial with her aesthetician after which she would extract them. I feel she was churning revenue for her practice because I went home and used a needle - no scarring!

Do not recommend. She removed something from my arm and left a terrible scar - after telling me it wouldn't scar. Then tried to sell me an expensive cream through their 'exclusive' partnership with an overnight delivery pharmacy.

I was totally blown off by Dr. Juneau after having an emergency appt made (could only see PA originally); the PA decided the supervising MD should see me. I was only 31, had NEVER had any skin issues in my entire life, including NO ACNE through puberty & have maintained amazing skin until now. Dr. Juneau finally came in, spoke for less than 5 min patted me on the knee & told me I'd be fine in less than 2 weeks; Less than 2 months later & presently I am still disabled due to AUTOIMMUNE missed.
