Dr. Michelle Lin, DO

Dr. Lin is very thorough. She received all of my medical records, went over medical history in detail and asked many questions and answered every question I had. Her staff are very friendly and she is very knowledgeable and happy to explain her processes and reasoning. I recommend her highly.

I absolutely love Dr. Lin but her receptionist is extremely rude. When she first opened she had a very kind and caring receptionist and now she has a woman with a serious attitude problem. I am changing my primary care provider now because of how rude and nasty the receptionist is. Sorry your job is so hard for you. She should consider getting a new job somewhere else if she can’t handle it. Dr Lin, you are amazing, please hire a new receptionist because the one you have now is nasty and treats your patients like garbage like we are bothering her by asking her to do her job. I have ever ever been treated this way by staff and I wasn’t rude to her staff all, I am never ever rude to people because that’s not in my nature, and was really hurt and upset by being treated this way.

Dr. Lin is absolutely the best doctor around! She is very caring, kind and knows how to treat you. I highly recommend her to be your family doctor and your primary care provider. Her staff are professional, kind and knowledgeable, and you never have a long wait.

Saw her for the first time yesterday. She spent a good amount of time just listening to me. What I loved about her most was that she was very confident in her approach and I didn’t feel rushed. I have had seen many doctors regarding the issue I am having and she’s the first person with a plan about how to tackle and possibly solve the issue. I look forward to seeing her again! I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
