Amazing ENT
Dr. Liu is very thorough. She is knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time on my son’s appointment. We are so grateful to have such excellent care.

I felt welcomed from the get go! Check in was friendly and efficient. The nurse that took my blood pressure was very friendly. And Dr. Liu was heaven sent! She took the time to listen to me and explained my allergy results. I didn’t feel rushed, everything was informative, and she came up with a plan to get me well. During check out the receptionist gave me CPT Codes so I can check with my insurance for coverage and she set me up with the first available appointment.

Far exceeded my expectations
Dr. Liu took the time to get to know me, my problem, it made me feel like I was the only patient she had that day. Sometimes I feel that medicine is no longer this way. Not only was she able to solve my problem, but I feel I have a long-term provider for the future.

Absolutely outstanding care
Dr. Liu took the time to walk me through everything from the start of the consultation, to the examination, to next steps. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and efficient
Dr. Liu was very friendly and helped my twins with their lip and tongue ties. She answered all our questions and provided great care to my children. I would highly recommend her.

Would not recommend
I have gone to Dr. Liu the past several years and the quality of her care has noticeably declined. Last year she said I needed surgery (which my regular doctor strongly advised against). This year she appeared to have forgotten all about that (she obviously did not read my file). She seemed disinterested and just going through the motions. She seemed ok the first time I saw her but if you don’t want expensive services such as allergy testing or surgery she doesn’t seem to care.

Best first appointment experience ever
I read both reviews on this site. My visit on 12.11.24 included a document notifying me of the potential endoscop(ies). I was not happy this was the first time they told me. My health insurance has an app in which I was able to price check these procedures. HERE IS WHERE THE PRACTICE CAN DO BETTER. Inform (new) patients of the the potential procedure BEFORE the first appointment. If not for the app I would have walked out . As for the other reasons dissatisfaction. We live in a world we must be proactive in our care, ask questions.SOOO Dr. Lui was great! As a first timer to an ENT doctor I did not know what to expect. Dr. Lui made me feel at ease and explained what she was doing each step of the way. She is kind, patient, and deliverss authentic compassion for her patient. She took her time and made me feel I was the most important patient of her day. I'm actually looking forward to going back for the allergy test. I'm optimistic we are going to find a solution to my ails

Rude and condescending
Went for a consultation for my son about possible obstruction while sleeping. She gave me a few options and when I was reluctant about a particular surgical option, asked, 'well why are you here then?' She then proceeded to show me how 'easy it is' to do nasal sprays and told my 6 year old, 'if you don't do this, you have to have surgery'....her tone towards my son was fine, but towards me, condescending and dismissive of concerns, like I was wasting her time. Feels like this practice pushes surgery whenever possible.

For Profits Only: Patient Not the Primary Concern
I saw Dr. Liu in April 2024 and scheduled a follow-up visit to discuss the results of the nasal spray she prescribed, and allergy test she wanted me to have done. I showed her the results of my previous allergy test but she insisted I have another done with her. When we met again it was virtual and awful - she did not have my chart in front of her and did not listen to my responses. I started to get nervous about the surgery she was prescribing. She then sent me for a CT scan to confirm the need for a septoplasty. I have called her office three times the past 3 months to learn the results and have received ZERO response back. I also learned the nasal endoscopy she performed was not covered by my insurance ($400). She failed to mention that important fact. I am grateful this all happened before my surgery so I can look elsewhere for a more attentive practice. Would not recommend to anyone looking for an attentive & compassionate doctor.

Do not recommend Dr. Liu for reasons listed below
She is not a compassionate provider. She performed my tonsillectomy poorly and I ended up in the ER for excessive bleeding in my throat. She was moody when I came into her office to see her post-op (she went out of her way to tell me that she had performed surgeries earlier in the day and expected to have the rest of her day off). She obviously seemed inconvenienced to have to come in and deal with me as her patient), and pressed extremely hard in my mouth when I told her I was in pain. Her attitude towards me was extremely negative and made me feel like an inconvenience. Perhaps if she had performed the surgery better, she wouldn't have had to come in to deal with my excessive bleeding. Anyway, it felt like she was purposefully clotting the blood by pressing hard because she was visibly holding back anger, and had no care to my comfort level as I expressed great pain (to the point of tears) when she was doing so. She could have asked to take a break or have pressed less hard. Unprofe
