Walked in to exam room, crossed arms (defensive) and lectured on protocol requiring follow-ups. Had never met her before. Did not stop to introduce herself, or call me by my name. Did not listen. Responded with “canned” responses she must use with other patients that did not address my questions at all. An unfortunate encounter. She may be very competent. I’ll never know.
