Dr. Michelle Nguyen, MD

My husband was admitted to the hospital ER in November 2024 & January 2025, and was diagnosed as acute heart failure. He was under the care of several doctors including Dr. Nguyen. She recommended him to undergo some procedures while other doctors said my husband does not have blockages, so he will be able to improve his condition in 6-12 months with right medications and low sodium & salt diet. When he was released from the hospital, Dr. Nguyen prescribed him several medications including blood pressure medication even he never had any blood pressure problems in the past, and even at the hospital. In fact, he was prescribed valsartan 80 mg. His other medications also effect to blood pressure, so why he needs to take 80 mg. As a result, his condition has been worsening and his blood pressure is under 100, and he feels so cold daily. His left hand started shaking as well. He is going to another doctor as we don't want to do anything with Dr. Nyguen. We don't trust her practice at ALL.

she made time for me in December of last year and found a way to have double ablation procedure completed before year end, saved me thousands in co pay and deductibles, she took her time and treated me very good. I had both procedures done and am out of A fib, and A flutter. I recommend her and thank her for saving my life. We are from Ohio and snow birds. I am now switching completely to her. I trust her with my life

My husband had only one visit with Dr Nguyen, and the bill is over a thousand dollars. She ordered procedure that was not necessary and very costly. The procedure didn't do anything to my husband's heart, only increased his blood pressure to a very high level. At this point she was impossible to reach and to talk to . She only prescribed meds to bring blood pressure down, meds didn't work Absolutely no verbal contact , and no answered questions. She also prescribed very costly meds. One of them doubled risk of stroke or heart attack. What troubled me was, that she didn't warn us about the risk that drug carries that could potentially be fatal.
