Dr. Pavlick has never seen my daughter always her np or assistant. Quality of care is poor . They use all the money on decoration of building and look . Front desk staff making clinical decisions without verifying with doctor. My sick child was turned away from seeing a doctor because they were over booked . Receptionist told me to take her to er or urgent care otherwise wait two days for appointment despite of telling her that she was sent home from school. They don’t care at all. They need to have nurse or at least ma communicate with parents of sick child then lady on counter who just know how to make appointments. She shouldn’t be authorized to make this decision . My insurance doesn’t cover er visit and urgent care is expensive. Very insensitivity staff.

We have been seeing Dr. Pavlik for 10+ years. Very happy with her professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness! She appears to truly care about her patients and treats us with respect and dignity! We trust her as our child's physician.

Her bedside manner is non-existent. She has an ego that suffocates the room. My daughter is 21 months 35" tall and weighs 27lbs. At our routine check up, Pavlik told my husband that our daughter is too chubby. Recently my daughter had a fever over 102° and was vomiting. Her diagnosis was "maybe it's viral" treatment - don't give her any Tylenol or Motrin. Let her body fight it AND don't bring her back unless the fever remains 100.5 for no less than 5 days! No prob...we won't be back ever.

From moment one Dr. Pavlik made my wife and I feel like we were smaller then her. Her bedside manor is rough towards parents. She is ok with our son but she doesn't seem to be a people person.

All of the staff at Dr. Pavlik's office do a great job with our children. We couldn't be happier with the care that is provided by her and the staff. Great pediatrician!

I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. Pavlik to my family and friends, as a loving, caring and knowledgeable pediatrician. I have never doubted her recommendation for care and trust her with my family 100%. The staff and office is very pleasant as well.

Dr. Pavlik is absolutely WONDERFUL! She is always a joy to see for the little ones. I totally recommend her to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable pediatrician. Dr. Pavlik listens to your concerns and takes the time to address each one and explain whatever it is that you need. She truly is an AMAZING pediatrician.

Dr. Pavlik is HORRIBLE with children!!! Does not listen to parents. Wrong diagnosis, wrong treatment. Would not listen to parents that want to share patient history. This woman should not have a medical license! I would never trust her with the most basic care ever again!!!!!!
