Dr. Pearl in ER
I was in the ER, completely miserable with vertigo; I had no idea it could be so bad. Dr Pearl oversaw my diagnosis. She seemed completely competent. She ordered a battery of tests, explaining to me clearly what each one was for - what they were trying to find and hoping not to find. I could tell that the hospital was very busy, but I would not have known it from her demeanor. She made me feel like I was the only person there that mattered. She was cheerful, reassuring, and comforting. She was superb in all aspects.
