This person is a very incompetent, cold and calculating individual. She is only concerned about monetary value and will provide incorrect diagnoses if it serves her purpose. It is unfortunate that people put their lives in the hands of a medical practitioner only to be ruined.

I feel it's unethical to expect a generally fatigued 58 year old to do physical labor as at that age one is slowing down significantly. A person of that age needs a skill that has enough pay to live on in which to live on. It's very daunting to look for work when one has been disabled their whole adult life and has never supported themselves. She hasn't any empathy and has unrealistic expectations. She doesn't know how to put herself a person's shoes who hasn't been as privileged as herself.
