I love her and her staff. She is always willing to answer my questions and take time to explain things. We have been with her for 7 years. When we first started to see her we were low income and on Medicaid. We have 3 kids now and have a better income on on private insurance. I was young when we first started to see her and Marissa and I can honestly say I have never seen a difference in how they treat me. Marissa has always been patient with me and my children. My middle child is a wild one Dr. Sarraff and Marissa both take the time and work with him on his level and when he was hospitalized with HSP both of them reached out and check on us PERSONALLY. Sarraff and her staff are family now and always treated us as such.

I just simply prefer warmer atmosphere in a doctor and the patient or guardians of a patient should feel comfortable to talk to the doctor. not sure if it’s because they don’t respect young mothers but even the nurses don’t have a good attitude towards me in my visits. other than that she is okay.

I would not recommend this office for my dog to be treated in. The staff is rude. All they want to do is get you in and out, and with the MA's attitude they really don't even want to get you in. As for the Dr I've questioned twice about her medical opinion and twice I was right. She didn't like that and quit us. Twice I've caught the MA, Marissa, rolling her eyes at me (or my child) for no reason. And one time Marissa asked me a question and I was talking to her answering the question that she had asked me and she cut me off by asking me her next question. Yet I never said anything and if I would have then maybe my stance on the way I felt about them probably would have been understood better by the physician. They definitely need a better MA. The MA is the face of the medical practice because they are the one doing the majority of the work for the doctor. For someone to act the way that her assistant acts is very unprofessional. Your family deserves better care and treatment.
