Almost a month ago I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Michelle Turnley at Spine Net for this morning. Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to be told that nobody is available to conduct my scheduled test. My contact information was never reviewed when the appointment was scheduled by the office staff and the phone number they have attempted to use is a home number that belonged to my parents when I was a teen. MY TIME IS NO LESS IMPORTANT TO ME THAN THE DOCTOR'S TIME IS TO HER. EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. Won't be back!

I saw her due to a work injury. She works for the workman's comp insurance companies. Not only did she misdiagnose my injuries, she lost my mri films, and sent me home with another patient's mri films. Sh is rude, and I proved she misdiagnosed me, so worker's comp had to allow me a new doctor. I don't know how she keeps her license.

I would not recommend her. She refused to take my condition seriously, insulted me, and told me that I was clearly faking my pain. She refused to send me for an MRI, sign any paperwork, or be caring in any way whatsoever. Her staff is extremely rude. Her medical notes reflect her personal opinion on things that are not medically relevant. She did not take me seriously and treated me like I was incapable of understanding anything about how my own body was feeling.
