I had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Victain. I appreciate the time she took to speak to me prior to the procedure. She listened and answered any questions that I had. Her team is also incredible. Nurses were with me making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I recommend for anyone looking for a GI doctor.

Amazing Physician
She is very caring. She takes her time to explain procedures and biopsies as well as answers any questions you may have. She did not make me feel rushed. She may get a little behind on her schedule but that is because she does the job right. If you want a caring gastroenterologist she is the one for you. I highly recommend her to friends and family.

WARNINGI've been waiting FOREVER for my appointment. Her office has canceled it THREE times in a row. It's been almost a year that I have been suffering and waiting. Don't go here, you might die waiting to be seen.

In July 2017, my 93 year old dad could not have his regular doctor for a procedure and Dr. Victain did it iShe treated him with such care and reduced his apprehensions of feeling any discomfort. She removed a very suspicious looking polyp in his stomach that could have been potentially serious to his health. She took time to explain what took place and what they found. She demonstrated professionalism and compassion. We appreciate what she did for our father.

she is actually the most uncaring doctor I have ever had!! I had problems after she performed a procedure and I was having problems from it. The office kept telling me she would call me but she never has! Would never recommend her or return to her office . Also when you call the office you have to leave a message, no matter what time you call and calls are returned at the end of the day , so if you miss the call you are waiting another 24 hours

This was my first experience with Dr. Victain, and it was a very positive one. She was friendly, professional, and quickly put me at ease before my procedure. I have confidence in her and her abilities as a doctor. She and the staff at McCandless Endoscopy Center work well together, and since I am a repeat patient there, this says something in itself.
