Dr. Zaydlin is an amazing psychiatrist! I've had some poor experiences prior with therapy in general, so when I sought out to try therapy again, I was very skeptical about it. Dr. Z has changed my perspective on therapy and has changed my life. She is a great listener and makes me feel so comfortable, even on video chat. I feel like we'd be friends 'in real life', she is so personable and courteous. She gives you the time of day and finds solutions. The medications I have started since seeing her have really made such an improvement in my life and mental health. I've finally discovered two undiagnosed and lingering disorders because she was the first therapist to really listen to me wholeheartedly and helped me. I wish 6-year-old me had crossed paths with her, because she would have made such a positive impact on me when I was most vulnerable and struggling.
