She plainly doesn’t care about her patients. She doesn’t listen and her attitude is not professional She will diagnose you with each and every disorder without going deeper into your symptoms. Took me off a mood stabilizer cold turkey and the withdrawal symptoms were unbearable. Kept increasing a dose of certain medication even though I told her my hair was falling off in chunks and she brushed off and that was my last straw. Stay away from her

Not kind
Telehealth
Dr. Machado comes across as a know-it-all and is not empathetic. I'm saying my medication is not helping enough and she refuses to accept that and says I need therapy. My therapist says I need better meds so that I can get to the point that therapy would be beneficial to me. I googled reviews of Dr. Machado after seeing her for a few months and they are consistently poor reviews but very spot on in her behavior and attitude. I would not recommend her if you need someone that listens and is empathetic.

terrible. she was pushy and judgmental. not at all encouraging.

Very condescending. Tells you to not stop your medication but if you can’t get in when she wants you to, she won’t refill your medication. Because of her I have been basically forced to stop my medication due to this. Thankfully I wasn’t on a high dosage, but I’m still feeling the negative affects of being taken off my mood stabilizing medication. 0/10, would never recommend. Her attitude, and tone when dealing with clients is atrocious as well.
