Exceptional Neurosurgeon
Dr. Chou fixed several levels of my cervical spine. I 100% recommend him and want to say, how grateful I am to him for helping me get quality of life back. His staff: Becca, Kim, and Baylee have been so caring and always kind.

Dr. Chou is WONDERFUL! Not only is he a super skilled surgeon, he also has the best bedside manner. He has done 2 back surgeries on me for different issues and I am so grateful to feel good again and have my life back. He actually came to see me at 10 pm one night! That is dedication! His office staff is fantastic. It was ALL such a positive experience. I just want to shout to the world, "Dr. Chou, you are the BEST. Thank you so much!" Linda

Dr. Chou did a great job with my lumbar spinal fusion. He was professional and caring as was his staff. He listened and answered my questions. He even showed me a sample of the rods and screws he would use. I had much pain and difficulty walking and now I am up and about with minimal pain. After a little more time to heal, I expect to be pain free. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

My sister was in a wheelchair for 12 years. We saw multiple surgeons and they all said that they couldn't help her. Her pain turned super severe in September of last year. Again, no one wanted to touch her. I made a last ditch effort to get one more opinion but was hesitant to call because of the bad reviews. I am so happy I did. He was awesome and kind to her. He knew immediately what needed Done. She is now walking unassisted and has her life back. His entire office is amazing.

1. Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment. 2. Waited1hr &45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. 3. Dr. Chou graced me with his presence for2 minutes, sent me to St. Mary's for X-rays. 4. Had x-rays, went back to office, waited 20 min 5. Spent 5 minutes with Dr. Chou this time - said I needed a CT Scan& a shot in my spine to isolate the problem (he never defined what the problem even was). 6. It's been 2 1/2 wks since my appt and I haven't heard a word. He's ridiculously offensive

In Sept. 2015 I underwent major back surgery. The Va sent me to Dr. Chou and that was the best thing that could have happened to me. Dr. Chou was very knowledgeable and spent extra time explaining what to expect & what exactly was wrong. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with any sort of Neurological problem.

His office cancelled two of my appointments to make room for other patients after I waited two months to see him. His office staff is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with and lied to both me and my doctor repeatedly. I have spoken to several other patients who had the same issues. His ratings are horrible for a reason.
