Let go of the girls in the front office He hired a male receptionist who is Horrible! Dr Gendel attitude has changed a lot since this has happened I do not know what happened. It's a Drug office now

Cramped waiting room; crowded. My son waited over an hour to see the dr. for his first visit. Seems like they overbook.

I CAN'T EVEN! I've been going to Gendel, I can't even call him a doctor. He will NOT call in refills of my blood pressure medicine or Beta- Blocker which you can not stop taking cold turkey and this doesn't seem to phase him at all. It's blood pressure meds folks not pain pills. During the Covid 19 quarantine. He was making me and from what I heard others say, come in two to three times a week, you know that's all about the money. His waiting room is to small no one was six feet about and the staff weren't wearing masks. During this time since I'm sure business was down he tired to schedule me for all kinds of tests, even did my physical at that time. All my friednds and family were doing their appointments via Zoom ( you guessed it Gendel isn't their doctor) I've read other reviews about him not refilling blood pressure meds and I just don't get how a doctor can do this and better yet get away with it.

I have been a patient of this practice for nearly two months. I found it through an internet search after my former doctor of 15 years stopped taking insurance. The entire staff here at Dr. Gendel's practice are kind, respectful, and most importantly thorough and efficient. Brenda a d Diana are upfront. They greet you with a smile and assist with all check in and out matters. Maggie is the RN. I dont think I have ever seen a harder working nurse at a doctor's office. The same is true for Brenda and Diana. I have been seen by both Dr. Gendel and his PA Gulnara. Both get down to business. Their thoroughness is laudable. If you are looking to have a social visit, this practice isnt for you. They always ask for all reasons for your visit and then handle each one with the same degree of urgency. Gulnara is incredible. I decided during the first visit to see this practice for all general medicine needs. Smartest decision ever. I highly recommend Dr. Gendel's practice.

Dr Gendel has been my primary for several years and I will hopefully have him as my primary for several more. He is a very kind, knowledgeable and respectful physician that truly has gone above and beyond for me and many others. Thanks Doctor Gendel.

Terrible in everyday. There is a reason Russians have that attitude you will sense it when you sit with him. He does not know crap about suboxene but chose to push it for the money in it and u will know when u see the waiting room. staff is rude he also made a pass at my daughter and like is it sexual battery when its a licensed physician?

People often ask how come we look and feel so healthy, and I awlays say that it is because our wonderful doctor Michael Gendel is in charge of our health in the last 20 years. Thanks again and please keep doing what you are doing best, - cure people!

I have been a patient for over a year and definitely don't plan on switching my primary care physician anytime soon.everyone is very nice and respectful.im in and out in a timely manner and never have any problems.they are flexible and understanding, and will work with you to get you healthy and back on track.The Doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and thouroughly discuss any necessary issues. i would definitely recommend Dr.Gendel to my friends and family.

Dr. Gendel has been my pcp for many years not. He provides reliable & personal medical treatment and care. I feel like I can be open and honest about my health and trust his medical opinions. Makes for a great doctor - patient relationships.

Dr Gendel is the kind of doctor that everyone should have he provides the best care and does whatever it takes to make sure you are healthy

I really had a good experience with him, he always listens to your problems and always works with you if you need help and are serious about it. He is very nice and caring.

Dr. Gendel is a wonderful physician. He is sometimes misunderstood and can seem a little stern, but the truth is he wants to see his patients do well and succeed. If you do the right things and stay honest with him, you will have a kind, thorough doctor by your side. Diana and the staff are also kind and helpful. I look forward to my visits.

Dr. Gendel has been great, and helped with anything possible. The staff is fantastic, most notable is Diana The head receptionist.

I do injoy the staff and the general atmosphere.. I do not like going to the doctors. But they make it doable
