Walked in, glanced at my foot, did not listen to me, was more concerned with selling me $150 worth of foot soaks and 'supplements' not covered by insurance as it is 'cosmetic'. and a sign on the reception window stating ' no refunds'

Poor Treatment
Dr. Raemsch did my surgery and never sent me to physical therapy. I asked several times if I should go to PT but Dr. Raemsch insisted it wasn’t needed. I’ve since gotten a new doctor who confirmed I should have been in PT after my surgery. I’ve had to have a second surgery to correct what issues arose from me not being sent to physical therapy. Three years later and I’m still in pain trying to fix these problems. I regret putting my trust in Dr. Ramesch for so long and allowing him to do my surgery.

Very knowledgeable doctor.
I went to see Dr. Raemsch today for the first time. Their office was very clean and staff very friendly. I was called to the room within 5 min. His assistant took examined and took vitals and pictures of my swollen, painful, and discolored toe. She asked me some questions and sent in straight into the room. Very easy process. I expressed my concerns about a spider bite, covid toe, broken toe, etc. He could tell right away it was an infection, and my antibiotics were ready within the hour. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and the short wait time. He knows his stuff. Going back in two weeks for a follow up, but 5 stars all the way.

I received very little explanation for the two foot issues I was having, and I left more confused about my conditions and treatment than when I arrived. Most of the explanation was left to the technician, and she clearly lacked the requisite knowledge needed to properly explain the root cause of the issues and the treatment regimen. The charges were also more than I expected and were not explained on the bill. Overall, a frustrating experience and I will find a new podiatrist.
