Dr. Miles Graivier is Exceptional! I am the wife of one of the top Doctors in the Atlanta area as well. Dr. Graivier is truly the most experienced surgeon you will ever meet. He is talented and listens to his Patients thoroughly. Dr. Graivier spends the quality time and treats each patient, individually . He is unique in his own character, taking the time as if he would treat his own family member. Dr. Graivier's knowledge and wealth of experience makes him unique in everything he performs. Found a lump in my breast and was told that it could possibly be breast cancer. Wasn't cancer and wanted to have it removed immediately. Was fortunate to get in with Dr. Gravier immediately. He knew that I was concerned and nervous and made sure that my surgery was scheduled asap. Had the surgery with wonderful results and Dr. Gravier and his entire staff was so caring and so wonderful. I couldn't say enough good things about him. What started out as a nightmare he made it a great experience.

Dr. Graivier is a,master at plastic surgery...he has a wonderful bedside manner..he listens to what outcome you want and he makes the best suggestions for your surgery..I highly recommend Dr. Graivier...his staff is also excellent.

The Graivier Center, and Dr. Graivier are superb! I recently had upper and lower blephs, thigh lift and lipo on my legs and abdomen. I am extremely please with the results. The pre and post care from this practice is unparalleled. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

This is the best Dr. in Atlanta and best place that you will get the service that you request and the best results ever. My experience here has always been over the top and the staff is so sweet and friendly and very helpful with anything you need.

A very professional staff from the front desk all the way to the OR. Nurses are top notch and Dr. Graivier is a talented surgeon with great bedside manner. He explained everything and honors his word . His standards are high and if he feels like he did not meet them, he will continue to improve until you’re both satisfied.

Dr. G and his whole staff are amazing. The facilities are updated & modern. He really takes the time to listen to you and address your needs through out the whole process. I highly recommend..:you won’t be sorry!!!

I have been going to Dr. Gravier since about 1992. Every visit to his office has been great! He has a great bedside manner that makes you feel comfortable no matter what the situation. He takes his time and answers questions with ease and professionalism. He is genuine and takes pride in his work. After spending just a short time with him you feel confident you are in good/great hands. It's no surprise that he has grown so much over the years that he now has a complete, state of the art, gorgeous facility. The front desk is where you get your first impression at any office and when you walk into this one you are usually greeted by Pam, by name and always with a smile and a "How are you?". She is so knowledgeable about the myriad procedures they offer and can answer most of the multiple questions I ask. I've dealt with most of the staff and this is a common theme throughout. I highly recommend The Gravier Center for any procedure large or small- You'll be so glad you did!

Every time I go to the office I am always greeted with a smile. My wait has always been minimal. The staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I started going to the Graivier Center through the recommendation of a friend that was a RN. She had had several procedures done there and was delighted with her out comes. I initially started going there to get injections. This year I decided to have some major surgery. I had consultations with 2 other doctors that I knew from the past before I decide on Dr. Graivier. It has only been 8 weeks since my surgery and I too am delighted with the results. I still have a period to see the complete affects but I know I am going to love it. I would highly recommend The Graivier Center to anyone that is interested in major surgery or just for injections and minor cosmetic procedures. They never try to talk you into procedures you don't need. I feel they wre very honest and genuinely care about you the patient.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! I have wanted to have a breast reduction for years and was always afraid. I went to see Dr. Graivier and he took the time to explain everything to me and he made me feel comfortable with the procedure. The new surgical center was amazing and the whole staff was so accommodating. I am so happy with the results and only wish I would have done this years ago instead of waiting until I was 50. I would highly recommend The Graivier Center for all of your needs. DM

If I could give this doctor more than 5 stars, I would! I went to Dr. Graivier for filler, my first time ever so I was pretty nervous. He and his staff made me feel comfortable and he listened to my concerns. He’s a pro at what he does and I loved his confidence! I couldn’t feel a thing, had no bruising or pain and my face looks refreshed. Thank you Dr. Graivier! I see why you’re top notch!

What a fantastic experience. Dr. Graivier is a skilled surgeon and he took the time with me that I needed. Happy with my results. Got breast augmentation. First off, I'm 112 lbs. and he did liposuction on my armpits (???). That was SO painful. Pretty early into recovery, I noticed the skin between my breasts was tinted and had separated from my sternum and my implants now came together in the middle (symmastia) leaving me with no cleavage and a gross uniboob. The implants eventually fell into my stomach. Over the year that I had them, I developed the worst anxiety and depression. Ladies pls do your research!!!!

Dr. Graivier is a super talented artist with an absolutely amazing staff. I had laser lypo to the abdomen in early December. Everything was explained to me prior about what to expect and the outcome. Now at nearly 50, I'm sporting 6 pack abs, no love handles and working out daily to further define the muscles he uncovered. I'm wearing the same pant waist size as in high school 34. It's amazing the transformation Dr. Graivier and his staff accomplished with me. The Graivier Center is the best!

The best plastic surgeon around! Fantastic bed side manner! Listens and works hard to give the exact results you want. He goes above and beyond in the operating room to make sure you have the best result possible. Recovery was a breeze with the dedicated and professional staff. They listened and went out of the way to make sure every office visit was exceptional. And the new facility is absolutely gorgeous and top notch! Tammy is a vital asset to the team. I could imagine the office without her.
