He needs Jesus
I spent 5-10 minutes filling out a historical questionnaire with all the signs etc and he didn’t even look at it. He didn’t say hello, didn’t introduce himself and didn’t listen to me

Worse doctor I’ve ever been to in 75 years.
Not enough words to describe this horrible excuse for a doctor. 3 hr round trip to see him and I’ll never go back. Doesn’t talk doesn’t listen doesn’t care. Have no idea what my ex rays showed because he didn’t even tell me. I’ve never experienced anything like this from a doctor

AVOID THIS DOCTOR
If I could put negative stars I’d put infinity…. I’ll avoid the details of my visit as you can read the other 57 comments on this sad excuse for a doctor. No bedside manners, no eye contact, horrible professionalism. I’m shocked he is allowed to practice medicine.

Horrible doctor
I wish I could give negative stars.Dr Panse sent me back to PT one hour after X-ray was taken in his office. Clearly hardware failure. I was complaining of pain and the lump protruding out the side of my knee. He never addressed either of those things during the visit plus never even mentioned the X-rays just taken in his office 10 feet away. I left that visit convinced that it was all my imagination. Pain and lump. It was 4 days later my physical therapist looked at my X-rays and stopped my PT and weightbearing until I see another doctor. 6 weeks later I was in surgery again to replace femur plate. While doctor was attempting to do so, my femur powdered in his hand. It couldn’t handle the trauma of the surgery. Two months of an undiagnosed hardware failure put too much stress on the femur. I now have a steel rod instead of a femur and a new knee replacement. If you are referred to him for an ortho issue, turn and run and run fast. Don’t put yourself through the agony

UNPROFESSIONAL
I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Showed up 15 minutes before my appointment, only to be told my appointment was canceled. Supposedly they called me earlier in the day, but I had no missed calls from them and no voice mail either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Be carefully of what he asks you to buy for your s
Dr. Panse has no bedside manner. You may wait over an hour to be seen. He is very short and always seems to not want to be in the room with you. He tells you one thing then next visit tells you something else. He told me to buy an arm brace for after surgery I had to pay $80.00 for the brace. When I brought it to appt. He said he doesn't put it on the physical therapist does. When I went to phy. Therapist, she looked at me and said she doesn't put them on, doctor does. She had never seen one, nor how to use it. Needless to say, I wasted $80.00 for nothing. I cancelled future apps. With Dr. Panse And will never set foot in his clinic. They only want to do surgery. Not other options. I want a doctor who listens to me and at least tries to care andvthisvis not Dr. Panse nor his b other doctors .

Don't see him for anything serious!
I saw Dr. Panse in the ER after falling from a ladder and suffering a serious leg fracture. Before I left the hospital I wasn't given any information on follow up and had to search online to get his office number and schedule an appointment. Office visit 2 weeks after surgery showed my bones were not properly aligned but he failed to review the x-rays with me and to explain the malunion. I had no idea anything was wrong at that time. At 5 weeks after my surgery he relayed the message to his office staff that I could put weight on the leg "as tolerated". My PT saw the x-rays at this time and spotted the malunion and told me to stop weight bearing and consult another doctor. I was referred by the second doctor to a trauma surgeon who had to perform another surgery which included breaking the bone again and immobilized my knee for weeks. Dr. Panse's negligence is causing me 2 months of sitting around, adding to a total of 5 months before I can begin to walk again. Stay away!

His Staff is horrible with Customer service skills at the sun city office. For so many of his staff members to so young... I'd assume they would still be out to conquer the medical world! Nope. It's just a job. They are rude to all who aporoacThey complain about no lunch breaks, talk crap on others and will suddenly revert to Spanish when they need to talk crap. If it wasnt for Linda in the Hemet office, all faith would be lost in his office. Linda has bent over backwards to help us... twice!

I had 2 appointments scheduled and both were cancelled while I waited over a month with a painful knee condition. Neither time did they reach me to let me know they cancelled & the 3rd appointment was moved to another location & I drove completely out of my way to another place to get to appointment & then I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours to see him. When I did see him he seemed very detached & had little bed side manner. I've had a lot of pain but he refused to prescribe right meds. Not impressed
