Dr. Abdelshahed performed rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder 4 years ago. I recently fell at work which generated a worker’s comp claim. The company doctor returned me to work without addressing my shoulder pain. Dr. Mina stepped in when my employer’s doctor failed proper treatment & immediately began treatment before he was included on the worker’s comp claim. His quick action prevented further damage from occurring. Once I entered PT for my shoulder, it became apparent there was more damage than just the shoulder. As the shoulder began to respond to therapy, he discovered other areas for concern and immediately referred me to the proper specialist to best assist in diagnosis and treatment. I recently completed nearly 4 months of comprehensive PT for both of my shoulders with regular doctor office visits to monitor my progress. His quick response was coupled with kind understanding and expert advice to reach my full recovery with no surgery required. I’m so grateful, Dr. A!

Dr. Abdelshahed is a great doctor . He pleasant and professional. Did a great job reattaching a torn tendon on my right shoulder. I am sure he will do more excellent work in the future.

Dr. Abdelshahed was the third orthopedic Doctor I consulted to preform my shoulder replacement. I chose him because he took the time to explain the procedure and also showed me a video of how it's done. I had arthritis in both shoulders. The replacement was done on the my left shoulder in January 2024 and It couldn't have went any better. I was back to work in four months and the pain I experienced prior to surgery, was gone. I am now in the process of scheduling the right shoulder replacement with Dr. Abdelshahed. I highly recommend him.

Well from the Workers Compensation Coordinator Kelly, to the intake personnel in the inner office, the X-ray technician and the scheduling staff of course Dr. Mina was just as on point and professional. It was one of the best medical visits I’ve had from the initial call to the in person visit. Thank you !

Dr Abdelshahed operated on the broken top of my femur. Everything went perfect One year later I am doing great. He is intelligent , compassionate , calm , he makes u feel you are his only patient . He gives u his complete attention. He explains everything thoroughly , from the first moment before the operation and afterwards.I recommend him wholeheartedly

Terrible. He spent a total of 4 minutes with me. After he looked at my X-ray, he determined that I did not have a fractured elbow and removed the splint that had been placed on my arm on the previous day by an ER tech and told me I needed physical therapy. After the splint was removed, my pain was back. A totally wasted visit and copay. Will seek other treatment from a doctor who will take my symptoms and pain more seriously. I felt totally disregarded.

My first visit was as if I’ve known Dr.Abdelshahed was years. He was very professional and took his time with checking me and listening to my concerns.

He was professional and seem honest and told me my problem after I tore my rotator cuff completely, in my right shoulder. After surgery therapy was the following week. I said to myself that I was going to take therapy seriously, because I wanted to get better. So when I went to his office after 3 months he was amazed about progress. So thank you I appreciate you and your staff.
