Dr. Mina Garrett-Scott, MD

Dr. Scott is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I pick my insurance coverage to make sure she stays my doctor! She spends the time I need to discuss my concerns, she responds to messages as needed, she is understanding about what I want for my own healthcare and listens to my choices rather than coming in with prescribed notes on how to handle concerns, and most importantly, she understands that we are partners in my health. She is amazing!

What stood out about my very first visit with Dr. Garrett-Scott was her gleeful smile and personality. She is the best doctor that I've ever had. She's compassionate, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. She genuinely cares about you and your health and she listens intensively. Dr. Scott reviews your test results with you and provides you with instructions or life style changes necessary to remedy your health concerns. If I want to try an alternative method for prescription medication she lets me know if it's beneficial for my treatment. She is very responsive when getting back to you on- line. Her reports from the office visit are very lengthy and thorough thus providing you with of assurance that she really loves her job and her patience. I highly recommends her and trust her with my health.

Dr. Scott is amazing. She really works hard for her patients. I see a lot of doctors due to numerous health issues. I have some really good specialist and Dr. Scott still stands out. She responds quickly to portal messages. She knows her stuff and will do some research if it's outside of her base of knowledge. I love this doctor and they do blood work right there. She is careful and calculated about prescribing drugs and she looks at lifestyle and possible natural solutions as well. She's looking at the big picture in a way most doctors do not. You won't find a more CARING AND COMPASSIONATE physician. That's not to say that she isn't hard nosed and smart. She will give it to you straight and site her sources. It's always fun to have a visit with her. I actually look forward to it and I always feel better after an appointment. She helps me keep my health on track without judgment and condemnation. If I could give 10 Stars, I would.

My kids and I have been seeing Dr Scott for more than 15 years. She's a wonder. We never leave the exam room until she's covered every issue. She fits us in for same day appointments. She's absolutely the best!
