It was a 6 months check up. All went well. It’s always such a relief for me being a person that’s always some what been intimidated by doctors to have a professional such as Doctor Bill tend to my needs.
She is always very pleasant, professional and smiling when I visit.
I’m extremely happy that Dr. Ramsey recommended her to me 4/5 years ago.

I arrived on time and was taken in for a hearing test, which was all transactional; no real personal interaction other than completing the steps of the test. I then returned to the waiting room where I sat for more than an hour and finally was taken to exam room at 9:55 for my 9:00 performance. My time with Dr Bull was brief; 15 mins. I was told that without being symptomatic there was little she could conclude. It would have been helpful to have know that when the referral appt was set three months earlier. In all, I was in the office for 2.5 hrs and only spent +/- 30 mins not waiting for someone, making this a disappointing first impression.

Dr. Bull was professional, practical, personal, patient and incredibly thorough. She explained everything to me in terms I could understand, she was patient to answer all of my questions and took the time to make sure I was clear about the information given. She was very efficient without making me feel rushed. the wait time was not long and I was seen quickly after my arrival. She is a great doctor and a great person. Couldn't be happier with my ENT selection!
