Dr. Mindy Lam, DPM

I’ve had foot issues for many years of basketball. I’ve tried several Drs. without pain relief. Dr. Lam identified my issue and resolved my problems so I can resume walking and playing golf and living without pain. The staff is professional and friendly and i recommend this practice.

AWFUL. Do not bring your child to see this doctor. She has no patience with children. My daughter was anxious about having a wart removed and instead of clearly explaining the process she just repeatedly told me “you just need to hold her down.” She refused numbing spray and seemed rushed to just get our appointment over with the whole time. We left without treatment and will never go back.

Been to this office and practice several times in the last few months. Wait times ok, office staff friendly. Wish she would explain the condition to me more, as I've shown curiosity to understand what's going on, especially since she seems unable to treat my condition. Was able to recommend me to get a second opinion, and followed a progressively complex/invasive plan for treatment. Can't really rate her higher since the presenting condition hasn't improved in the time that I've been in her practice's care.

Been there twice - Both times my treatment lasted less than two weeks. Before here eight weeks pain free. Maybe she's afraid to cut too deep. Waste of time & money!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lam's office. I had heel pain and a large bump on top of my foot. They were able to get me in quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lam was patient, kind and knew what the problem was right away. 2 weeks later the problems are gone and I would highly recommend her office for foot care. Thank you for your professionalism and service Dr. Lam!

Miserable! I wouldn't take my dog there to have its' nails clipped. The receptionist is angry and belligerent. Dr. Lamb had the nerve to shriek at me and tell me I should expect to wait an hour for her to see me and not complain about it. She also wanted me to sit and wait in the waiting room while she saw other patients and took lunch and refused to tell me how long it would be. UNPROFESSIONAL. Now instead of getting a cortisone shot for the foot pain I will be driving for 8 hours in agony no thanks to unprofessional Mindy Lamb.

I have had several visits with Dr. Lam and find her very professional and caring. I would highly recommend her. She also has an excellent office staff.

Never got to see the Dr. I am in wheelchair and the day of my appointment it was pouring rain, my wheelchair got stuck in the mud, so we were running late. Called when we were on our way to say what had happened. We were 15 minutes late, when we arrived I was told very rudely that " We have a right to deny you service if you are late. The Dr. will not see you." I asked if I could wait and was told "No!" There was no one in the waiting room. Very unfortunate way to treat someone. I left.

I saw Dr. Lam for a callus on my left foot, and when I called Dr. Lam's office for an appointment - I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Dr. Lam explained what causes calluses, and suggested a treatment option - which worked! Thank you, Dr Lam :-)

Rude individual and never runs on time. I get my nails cut by her and I’ve gotten two infections.

Dr. Lam was very gentle and kind to my school aged daughter who was quite nervous about this visit. I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion which alleviated my child's worries. I would definitely go to her again should my kids need to return.

I was experiencing foot pain and called Dr Lam's office and they were able to quickly get me an appointment with her. Her office is clean and the nurses and receptionist was very friendly. Dr Lam took her time listening to me and worked with me to formulate the best plan of action. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and had different options for my treatment. I would recommend her to anyone.

My daughter was referred by her pediatrician for an ingrown toenail. Dr. Lam was able to see her immediately and was kind and professional.

Nasty human being. Rude as can be, the way I heard her talk to her office help is horrible. Wouldn't recommend at all

The doctor is very rude. While waiting for my exam, I heard her telling a child she was overweight and that is why her feet hurt. The office smelled like a dead rodent was there. One of the receptionists was yelling at someone on the phone, which must have been a personal call. Very unprofessional atmosphere! The Dr was late and rushed through my appt.

Rude, just interested in selling products at a high cost. Trying to sell me things before she examined my son. Waited an hour and a half. Never again will we be going back.
