I HAVE BEEN DR. THOMAS’ PATIENT FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS NOW & HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED PROFESSIONALLY, WITH PERFECT EXPERTISE. ON MANY OCCASSIONS SHE HAS SQUEEZED ME IN TO HER ALREADY BUSY SCHEDULE BECAUSE I WAS SICK AND NEED MEDICATIONS. HER STAFF IS ALSO AMAZING ESPECIALLY ROXANNE & JUDY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PRIMARY DOCTOR GIVE THEM A CALL I PROMISE THEY WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU...

Talked about private matters in front of staff and other patients. Very embarrassing. Even the staff felt uncomfortable and apologized.

At first, Dr. Thomas seems great. She seemed to care about her patients, but then I started to see inconsistencies that were troubling. She billed my insurance for a physical that I never received, her office tried to charge me double what my co-pay was and when I tried to reach out and have her correct her charges to my insurance so that I could indeed get my physical, she refused. The office is also run down and the staff not very friendly--they kept rescheduling me for appointments.
