Wish Dr Tan was still in Suffolk County she was the best Pain Management Dr I ever had. She knew a lot about CRPS. Never rushed my appointment and was very caring always showed empathy when needed. She has been the only Pain Management Dr that has looked out for my best interest and improved my quality of life I wish more doctors were like her

Dr. Tan was great and compassionate. She took her time and knows what she's talking about. It's difficult to find a doctor that is willing to give you honest and professional advises, and is looking for your best interest.

Did not listen at all and seemed very detached. Argued with me about a previous diagnosis with no basis of her argument. Offered only an extreme procedure. Something that should clearly be a last choice option if nothing else works. When I asked her "if I either decide this is not for me, or go through with it and it's not for me, will you still be my doctor and work with me on helping my pain ?" I clearly threw her for a loop. I got stuttering and back talk. Did not go back. Don't recommend.

The only reason she is getting 1 star is because I cannot give her 0. Over an hour wait each visit. They schedule 3 patients per time slot. This visit I waited 1 hr. 40 minutes. Does not listen to my concerns. The wait time is the worst on the island. Walked out without saying good bye or anything. Just left. Total attitude change from my 1st visit. Does not care about my medical condition.
