After sitting in the ER for many hours with a crying toddler and no visit or communication from the attending, Dr. Krinsky Diener came into the room and was so unbelievably nasty it’s hard for me to describe it. She told me numerous times that I am “not the only patient here;” she was sarcastic, demeaning, and just rude. She didn’t glance once at my son. I have never been treated that way by a provider in my life.
