Poor; Would not recommend
Go somewhere else. Messed up placement of voice prothesis. Also terrible attitude and bedside manner. Extremely disappointed

Advocate for her patients
Dr O’Leary is the absolute best ENT MD anyone would want if needed. She is compassionate, listens respectfully, skilled clinician and surgeon. Thankfully she is in Boston at Tufts Medical Center!

I saw all the good reviews and her YouTube videos and had high high hopes she would be able to help me and she didn’t even try. Took 3 seconds and told me to gargle with salt. I’ve had severe throat pain for 8 months. Can’t swallow and my neck is swollen to even look at but gargle with salt? I have heavy breathing which is the worst part. So I saw a pulmonary doctor and checked lungs and ran tests I was perfect there. She recommended maybe seeing a larngologist so my pcp referred me to miriams office to see a larngologist since they specialize in the upper airway she said rudely no they don’t that’s a pulmonologist. Nope you’re wrong larngologist can diagnose heavy breathing coming from throat. So her pa calls and says to Miriam says your throat is fine and we will not schedule you for another appointment. I’ve never been denied help like that ever. The worst doctor I’ve encountered at tufts or anywhere for that matter. Idk how she got any good reviews.

Dr. O’Leary performed a surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from my nasal tear duct area in Dec ‘20.. I was extremely pleased with the results and success in all phases including the minimal scarring left behind. Almost a year of follow up appointments now and she continues to amaze me with her compassion, professionalism and complete knowledge of my history since day one. Straight A’s across the board!

I highly recommend Dr. O'Leary! She performed a very intricate parotidectomy on me in January of 2018 due to a very large tumor that had to be removed. Dr. O'Leary expertly removed the tumor while working around and protecting all of my facial nerves. This doctor is absolutely brilliant and an expert in her field. My scars are hardly noticeable and I've regained most of my facial functionality back within a year. Dr. O'Leary's bedside manner is wonderful. She explained my situation thoroughly and clearly and gave me all the time I needed to answer many questions pertaining to my condition. I must also mention that her staff are a superb group. Tawanna is so knowledgable, very efficient and a pleasure to deal with! I would not hesitate to see Dr. O'Learly again if the need ever arises. She is top notch in her field!
