Never Again
The treatment I received from Dr. Nusairee did not meet my expectations and was below the standard of care. I would not recommend this doctor or this clinic to anyone in need of a primary care doctor. There are far better options out there. Do your research!

Blunt but thorough
Dr. N is a very thorough physician and I’ve been seeing him regularly for almost two years now. If you are sensitive to blunt remarks, he may not be for you. I, personally, love that he doesn’t enable my bad behavior and calls me to the carpet when necessary.

Unprofessional
I found Dr. Nusairee to be very unprofessional in his interaction with other medical professionals. Not sure how he is licensed to practice medicine.

First off, I have tried to stick it out with Dr. Nusairee because it's hard to have a physican that is familiar with your medical history. I have dealt with rude staff and his sharp comments but between trying to communicate with this doctor via phone, deal with staff disconnecting calls, it is all over the top. If he actually offers virtual visits it seems like he always has a reason why he isn't available or why it isn't an option. I have a sinus infection with the worst earache and I have to debate why I don't want to go to urgent care facility during a Covid spike! Do not bother using this doctor they are not concerned with their patients or trying to assist them. I must be fair they have two new young ladies that seem nice but it is the same old attitude that has triggered me getting a new doctor. Maybe he will consider speaking with his patients. Save yourself grief and find a doctor who's available.

Stay as far away as you can from this doctor. He was horrible and does not know how to treat patients.

I stopped going to Dr. Nusairee because he billed my insurance for a full physical when I had only gone to him and had him look at my sinus infection. There was no physical involved. When I questioned this, he told me that they just bill once a year for a physical, whether they perform one or not. WTH?

Worst doctor experience ever. And I’ve never had an issue with a doctor. Extremely rude to his very kind and nice Medical trainee assistants, was extremely rude to me when I came in to get a tamiflu prescription which I waited an hour for and he wouldn’t prescribe me after I told him all my flu symptoms. Was so rude in speaking to me I’ve never experienced anything like that, but should have seen it coming the way he treats his assistants every visit I’ve had. Had no flu tests in his office and apparently didn’t believe me about having the flu. Not quite sure what was going on in his head but either way I was shocked how he speaks to patients like myself and his staff and definitely finding a new doctor ASAP.

Yes, the doctor does have a long wait time. That is because he doesn't turn away anybody who is sick on the same day. He is a great doctor. He has helped me and my 86 year old mother very much.
