I just called the office and was told by the receptionist that Dr. Jackson was not accepting new patients. However, the website states she is. I would like an explanation.

She was very condescending, spoke to me as if I was totally unaware of my medical conditions. I will never go back. She is very arrogant.

I had my first visit with Dr Jackson on 10/14. She looked at me while I was speaking, paid attention to what I was saying, and took my concerns into consideration when she offered her advice. I have not had a Dr do that in a long time. I am very glad that I chose her to be my primary physician.
