Rude and negligent
He missed that my right elbow was fractured despite my continuing to come in for worsening pain for a month- eventually caught by a different MD in the practice after Keschner told me to not come back because there was nothing wrong with me. When I asked if anything could be done for pain he accused me of being drug seeking. Incredibly rude, ignored all my complaints and now HSS has confirmed a TFCC tear in the wrist I spent months complaining about.

My 12 year old daughter broke her finger and Dr. Keschner was kind, caring and everything he said would happen did happen. He was spot on with how long it would take to heal and when she would be back at gym and all activities in school. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kescher as well as his staff who were also very caring and compassionate when it came to my daughters care.

Dr Keschner performed my carpal tunnel surgery very well. He could be a little warmer to his patients. He also explains things too quickly. Most of the office staff and nurses are very friendly.

Zero bed side manner! None! He doesn't listen and just sends you off to an MRI telling you have tendinitis which wasn't the complete diagnosis since I read the MRI results myself. The office was filthy, bathroom toilet paper all over the floors, toilets not flushed. The place is like grand central station - get patients in, pay copay and get patients out without actually listening to patient complaints.

Dr Keschner has completed 2 hand surgeries on me personally and everyday I comment to friends and family on how amazing I feels. I was unable to use my hands (lack of motion and debilitating pain)because of such bad arthritis from being a hairdresser for over 40 years. Dr Keschner was friendly, professional, patient and skilled. I 100% recommend him for hand surgery as this is what he specializes in!! Thank you Dr Keschner!

Dr. Keschner and the entire office staff could not have been nicer to my young daughter when she broke her wrist. Dr. Keschner was very good with her (she's almost 3). He made her feel comfortable, he was patient and kind, and he was able to see her the day we called. I was very pleased with our experience.

Dr. Keschner is FANTASTIC. I've had to take my son there a few times due to some sports injuries - he has great rapport with him. He diagnosed him quickly and correctly each time, from hand to leg injuries. I wouldn't hesitate to return - though I hope I don't have a reason to!

My husband went to dr. Keschner with severe shoulder pain. He went for MRI and MD had his secretary call to inform us that it was tendonidous. My husband went back three times with pain increasing. Dr gave cortisone shot but continued to tell us there was nothing more to be done with tendonidous. We decided to go to a shoulder specialist who reviewed same MRI and informed us that there is a severe tear that will require surgery. don't see this arrogant man who provides terrible care!!!!
