Service fee for use of a credit card.
The practice charges a $3.00 fee for use of a credit card to pay the $30.00 co-payment. This amounts to a 10$ fee on the co-payment.

rude staff
I dont even know how to say how horrible the front desk was, they laughed in my face and made fun of me. I see Wendy and love her. The staff is cruel.

Bad Experience with Staffing
After a few calls to rectify a billing question I have come to the conclusion that there is a nearly hostile impatience palpable when speaking to these folks. Terribly disappointed, and definitely a culture of disregard for plain courteous service. My advice is, find another office/provider that will show you some respect.

Horrible FD personality
It was an absolute NO when I approached the desk and Sara slammed her phone down in annoyance at my presence, then cont to roll her eyes at me during our conversation. I would not recommend this office, the service starts at the desk, your customer service, which is horrible. I wonder if it made her feel good to make me feel less than herself.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST
I didn’t see Dr Meyerson. I saw Ameet she was rude and unprofessional. She was a waste of my time and no help. The receptionist with the dark hair was rude and unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude. She should be replaced!! I will not be using this place ever again and will not recommend it.

Awful
Office staff is rude, dismissive, unpleasant and unprofessional. There are many good dermatologists in the area who actually care about how patients are treated by their employees. This place is exceptionally awful.

He is the best Dermatologist I have been too. His chair side manner is exemplary. His communication skills are excellent. His assistant is a pleasure to talk too. All doctors should aspire to be like him. He doesn’t rush you out . He answers and listens to all of your questions. He tells you exactly what he will be doing on your skin . Do not go to any other doctor in Riverhead but him. I assure you , you won’t be disappointed.

I showed up for my follow up appointment to be told it was cancelled. They never contacted me to cancel, claiming they had wrong phone number. Which is a lie because they confirmed my previous appointment. Medical assistant Aidan was extremely rude. Waited two weeks for biopsy results and still couldn't get them. Dr. Meyerson needs new office staff who actually care and have some sort of medical training.

Dr. Meyerson is a great doctor and is very personable. However, his staff need further training on how to notify patients of a change. If you miss an appointment they want to charge right away however, they mess up an appointment and don't call your work to tell you. they will take you as long as you are willing to wait 2.5 hours only to get a real smart mouth behind the counter. Wish this was my first time there as to my third. return costumers get put on the bottom of the list.

I was diagnosed with a cancerous growth & had to wait 6 wks for an appointment for Mohs Surgery. I arrive at the office at 7am & was told my appointment had been canceled because Dr. Meyerson opted out of my insurance. If a doctor choses to opt out of a particular insurance that's fine HOWEVER!!!!! honor the patients that have appointments with you before you OPT OUT, or reschedule their appointment...don't leave them hanging with a cancerous growth on their shoulder & no appointment.
