Dr. Mitchell Moskowitz, MD

Husband was diagnosed with kidney cancer. He was referred to a different doctor who wouldn’t be able to see him until a week and a half later. Was able to get appointment with Dr Moskowitz in one day! This doctor was referred to me by a friend. She said he was the best and it turned out to be so true! Doc is to the point & answered all our questions. Staff is also amazing. Highly recommend!!!

I am a new patient of Dr. Mitchell O. Moskowitz. I was referred to him by my PCP at Medical City Dallas Hospital. Dr. Moskowitz is professional, kind, perspicacious, thorough, charismatic, direct, and has excellent bedside manners. He makes his patients feel comfortable and heard. He looks you eye-to-eye when he talks to you. Dr. Moskowitz listens carefully as he takes personal notes of your concerns. He doesn’t rush his patients. He gives patients a rundown of his next steps when it comes to his plans for them. The entire Office Staff of Dr. Moskowitz are very nice, professional, and accommodating to everyone. The waiting rooms and examining rooms are spotless and sterile.If you are in need of an outstanding urologist, I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell O. Moskowitz.

I was referred to Dr. Moskowitz by another physician. First, let me say that it took over a week calling to FINALLY get through to schedule an appointment. They are very unresponsive in answering their phone calls. I saw Dr. Moskowitz on two occasions and in both, he provided very little explanation as to my condition and was very hurried, such that I couldn't even get the questions out. I decided to see another physician associated with another hospital. When I tried to cancel the next appointments with Dr. Moskowitz, again it took close to a week to cancel the appointments - I finally let the phone ring 28 times before someone finally picked up the phone. Never have I seen such a lack of communication throughout the entire process.

Very Good! He has treated me for Bladder and prostrate Cancer.

Dr. Moskowitz gets a five. He explained everything very thoroughly and spent so much time with us. He was great. His nurse Michelle gets a zero. The chip on her shoulder could not have been bigger. The attitude started the minute we walked in the door. When we walked back to the room she announced she needed a urine sample. My husband said he couldn’t provide it right then (we were there for a follow up consult not an actual exam). She was so annoyed. We got in the room and there was one chair, the doctors chair and the exam table. I sat down in the chair and my husband sat on the table. Michele said my husband couldn’t sit there bc that’s where the doctor reviews his notes. So my husband stood. When dealing with urology issues and a cancer diagnosis, I am just beyond floored that this woman is even working for such a good doctor. We won’t be back to this practice. I wish there was a way I could report her to someone higher. Oh and the best part is the big sign when you check in that patients must be kind. Wow. I guess that doesn’t apply to the staff.

I went to Dr. Moskowitz because of an elevated PSA causing great anxiety. Dr. Moskowitz was thorough in his examination and set a plan for follow-up. Dr. Moskowitz, while acknowledging my problem, was reassuring.

Dr. Moskowitz diagnosed my problem very quickly and he prescribed a course of action that remedied it promptly. I was impressed with the depth of his knowledge, the accuracy of his diagnosis, his availability and responsiveness, and his compassionate care. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Was very anxious about the procedure, but everything went according to plan. Staff, especially Michelle, were very considerate and comforting.

I was able to fill out the necessary forms online and Dr. Moskowitz reviewed my information with me in person to be certain for both our benefits. He is short, direct and to the point and I greatly appreciate that, but that's not to say he is rude in any way. It's a busy office and he does not mince words. I like him so much better than my previous urologist.
