Dr. Mohamed Ayan, MD

Many thanks to Dr. Ayan and Dr. Hamdalla during my recent serious heart event. Both doctors provided expert care and demonstrated high competence in their field. The post-procedure reports were detailed and informative. The care I received from them and their staff—particularly pradiologists, was attentive and caring. The follow-up care with Dr. Ayan has been highly satisfactory. He takes time, and is thorough and attentive. The office staff is efficient and answers calls in a timely fashion. I’m very grateful. They all did a great job

I presented to St. Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY, complaints of chest pain after recently having an abnormal stress test. The emergency room provider consulted with Dr. Ayan, who agreed to perform a heart cath on me through the emergency room visit. Later I was advised that I was diagnosed with a 99% blockage in the largest vessels of my heart. Dr. Ayan saved my life and my family and I are forever grateful for him and the treatment he provided me.

First visit, don't believe in quick judgment, but provider seemed anxious to get on his way. He seemed knowledgeable, but sparse on details.

When Dr.Ayan came in I kind of was in shock when he said what was going on with my stress test. I didn't quite understand so he kindly drew me a picture on a paper which showed possible blockage. Dr. Ayan seemed to really care. He said we would take care of it. He settled my anxiety. After I left and I processed what he said I thought of several things I should have said. [...].

Dr. Ayan and his nurse was very thoughtful, respectful and helpful.

Ver y good at explaining my problem and finally got answers. Didnt explain why I was to be on a heart monitor
