I had an appointment with Dr. Khalil today at his Webster, TX location. The receptionist checking me in was very rude. Dr. Khalil is in UHC's network and they are waiving all referals and copays until September 30th. She ask for my referral and I explained to her about the waiver. I even showed it to her online. She finally accepted the referral but refused to honor the copay waiver of $40.00. When I asked to see her supervisor, she refused to get them. I reported this to UHC and they are filing a grievance against this doctor.

Met Dr. Khalil in ER when my husband needed a blood transfusion. Dr. Khalil has a wonderful way of connecting with his patients and is exceptionally thorough. He engages with his patents where they are and makes them feel well cared for; and he also has a great sense of humor. Both my husband and I felt very blessed that he was on staff in the ER the day he came in.
