Our family is SO VERY THANKFUL for the care provided by Dr. Latif and his Admin Monica since 2017. He is incredibly wise, compassionate and empathetic in dealing with the patient AND family. He listens to the issue, offers guidance and often provides suggestion for change that is more than a prescription. We are incredibly grateful as he steers us through the evolving stages of elder-care and mental health.

I went here for a medicated solution since therapy alone wasn't helping enough. After 3 minutes of talking, this man thought he knew enough of my life story to hospitalize me. It took 5 minutes of talking to the hospital doctors for them to realize I wasn't insane and just wanted reasonable help. I was locked up in a room with violent and nonviolent strangers for 36 hours. This is no doctor, he's the cause of my newest trauma.

After taking care of my family member for two years I came to the conclusion that he not only mismanaged his patient he does not listen to the patient needs, did not treat the primary problem, does not answer family concerns even inappropriate at times sarcastic at other times I gave him so many chances but came to the conclusion that I need to quit his care and change to a different psychiatrist .

Best doctor for mental health!!!

Please avoid this doctor if you can! I have seen him for years only because of my health insurance. Luckily I am getting new health insurance soon and will be looking for a new doctor immediately. He is rude, incredibly condescending and does not listen. The only good thing about his office is Monica, the woman who works up front. If he does not like something you say, expect inappropriate responses and rudeness. He will even hang up on you if the appointment is over the phone. It’s happened to me and I doubt I am only the patient he has treated this way. He does not explain things very well and is a pill pusher. Just avoid!

I have been a patient of Dr. Latif for more than five years and I have received excellent services. His receptionist Monica always helps with my medicine refills and getting authorization for medicine that were not covered. I have received great counselling and advise from Dr. Latif regarding my illness and have evolved as a person with better understanding and appreciation for mental health. Thank you for all the great advise and help.

He assessed me after a drug overdose and baker acted me while it was apparent that I was still heavily drugged and incoherent. A psychiatrist should know better than to assess someone while the medication is significantly impacting their mental state. He does not know the basics of his own career and is completely incapable of doing his own job. I also asked him and consented for him speak with my family after the assessment. He left through the backdoor rather than speaking with them to let them know I was baker acted.

This doctor had the complex as I'm superior and you are not attitude!

This may be a little odd but I am a Future patient. He came highly recommended by a medical professional that I have the highest regard for. On my first call to his office, a young lady answered the phone, not an answering machine. She was kind and very professional, listened to what I was saying and worked with me to find a time for an appointment that met my needs. I expect to be able to work with this Doctor to help resolve some of my issues that are causing me problems at this time

The staff in the office was great they were exceptional they help save my life.

Someone like this should not be treating people in emotional pain. Maybe he chose this specialty because he can blame the patient's problems instead of his inability or unwillingness to listen, return calls, or show concern. I will never go back.

This doctor has no concern or knowledge of what he prescribes, and to top it off won't accept responsibility or return calls when there is an emergency. This man is a danger to his patients. He should lose his license to practise medicine, before somebody dries, because of his incompetence, and lack of concern. He should be investigated by the proper state authorities.
