This doctor didn't listen to some of my family member's symptoms, like significant weight loss, when taking his history. By the time my family member was finally diagnosed, he had end-stage cancer. When confronted with my family member's frustrations with this doctor, instead of listening, the doctor got frustrated with my family. Incredibly unprofessional and seems to be totally lacking compassion.

Arrogant is first word I think of. This doctor would not listen to a word I had to say. He knew my past better than I did even though it was the first time he had ever seen me. I tried to switch to another doctor in same office, but I was not allowed because the office policy is that this doctor would have to release me, and of course he would not do that. CRAZY!!! I am the patient but can't choose my doctor. Bottomline STAY AWAY.

get another doctor. if Eisenhower tries to stick you with going to him do yourself a favor and drive to ucla or cedars. he is arrogant, he is not up on the latest techniques, he is uncooperative. in short he does not care because our experience with him was the worst nightmare of our life. he did not do the correct tests to help our loved one he took his time to perform the tests and give us the results right away.

He was especially kind, there were 4 of us in the room and he addressed each of us with lots of info. He was especially interested in our lives in the Coachella Valley. (pioneers) We were impressed.

He is extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He took lots of time to be sure I understood my condition, needs, and treatment anticipated. He has a quick sense of humor and is a total delight.
