Horrible
Dropped my daughter like a hot potato no reason whatsoever. No communication. Doesn’t care about patient care. She has serious health issues and he just let her go. DO NOT TRUST HIM.

A blessing to know
Dr. Qasaymeh has literally saved my son's life. He diagnosed him with myasthenia after which he needed intubation and ICU admission. If we were one day late my son would not have made it. Thank you with all of my heart

Criminal
After the abuse and prejudice I have witnessed at the hands of this man towards someone I love I hope his title is stripped and his medical license is taken away. Short version: he has no business taking care of others!

Do not reccomend
I was not very happy with how he treated my 5yr old daughter and I. He had no empathy. Was very rude to me and my mother who called when she was having multiple seizures in a day and couldn't ride in a car but wanted to see her physically in his office an hour away instead of a telehealth appointment. I do not reccomend him at all. Took her to children's hospital and they gave her the care and treatment she needed for her elipsey and seizure disorder. If you have young children go to childrens instead.

We’ve been going to Dr. Q for about 2.5 years when my 2.5 year old started showing signs of tics and/or seizure activity. He did an EEG which, surprise, showed nothing. He didn’t follow up with us appropriately. I asked if further tests were needed he said no we have a healthy child and should be grateful. The only in office exam he did was tap my sons reflexes. He didn’t even talk to my child or test muscle strength. Fast forward to now, my son is having delays is in services 6 days of the weeks after getting actual evaluations and NOW he gets worried he’s missed something but is incredibly rude toward us, indicates that WE were refusing treatment (um…I’m the one that has advocated to get treatment and am going to 6 apts a week with my son while you don’t even examine him properly) he’s done nothing to help us and I’m afraid my son is misdiagnosed. We’ve lost 2.5 years to get on whatever is going on. Horribly negligent doctor.

I went to this doctor scared for my daughter’s health and he was so dismissive and had no empathy or compassion for our pain and concern. He misdiagnosed my daughter and literally spent 3 minutes with us in the room. He is egotistical and doesn’t show like he cares about his patients. I felt so sad for my daughter. I would not recommend this doctor. He is terrible and I gave him a second chance and he still treated us the same way.

Awful experience and am not one to write negative review, but I do not want another child to suffer or receive negligent treatment the way my daughter did. Also, no family or parents deserve to be threatened to be kicked out when suffering solely for asking about side effects of medication. This is what happened to us, and due to Dr. Q not taking our situation seriously enough, my daughter suffered. He did not want to do do genetic testing or an MRI, and only wanted to keep layering medication. She had seizures that got worse as more meds were prescribed. When I called the emergency line, he told us that he is the only doctor who calls back and sometimes is not able to. Unacceptable! I ended up having to call Children's and bring her in for hospitalization. Luckily, Children's did testing and pushed for her to go to Cleveland Clinic where it was found that she had cortical focal dysplasia. She ended up needing surgery. Thank goodness she is doing much better now. Total waste of time.

Dr Q took his time, was thorough in his questioning and exams, and was very reassuring in his approach. He frequently returned phone calls independently and never made me feel rushed or that I had bothered him. He was persistent in his testing and never once went overboard in ordering anything unnecessary. I am forever grateful! Phone operators could use some "polishing" as there are two young ladies there who are often abrupt/abrasive...but otherwise, staff was courteous and professional!

Worst experience I have ever had with a physician. He was in and out in under five minutes; asked very few questions about symptoms; gave a very brief course of action. This was my daughters fourth significant concussion and he showed no real interest. Very dismissive.
