Dr shoari is amazing! My husband has had a very difficult time getting his epilepsy under control. Dr shoari and his team have been paramount in this journey. His staff is amazing, they call right back, fix issues and really care about their patients.

Dr Shoari is very good at what he does. Very thorough and explains everything so you can understand. He has gone the extra mile for me and done long-term EEG testing, and found out what I was originally diagnosedwith, wasn't the real issue. Something similar but completely different.

Felt rushed by the doctor
Bye Dr. Shoari. Doctor was running late. I waited and waited. When it was finally my turn, he did not listen to me and I felt rushed. I finally found a better Doctor who accepted me as a new patient. Leaving and never coming back.

Dr. Shoari
Dr. Shoari is a great physician who takes his time to explain findings. He orders testing to further his diagnosis and I appreciate that. He is very through when treating me, he always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend him as well as his staff.

Excellent experience with Dr. Shoari
I found Dr. Shoari to be informative, friendly, a great listener, and wonderful at explaining the result of a nerve conduction test IMMEDIATELY after the test. I left the appointment understanding my situation and with a competent diagnosis. If I have further neurological issues, I will gladly see Dr. Shoari again.

Dirty, Lying Quack
Shoari told me that he performed an EMG and an ENT on me when I sought treatment for losing my ability to walk and taking many dangerous falls. He spent ten minutes doing an ENT. After three hours of testing by another neurologist, I realized that he had never done an EMG. I would have remembered the needles. Do not seek care from this quack. You might well be putting your life at risk.

Extremely disappointed
My first visit, Dr. Shoari rushed through our appointment, putting a cold instrument on my feet and legs, and telling me I had neuropathy in my feet, and it would go up my legs and into my hands if untreated. He told me I needed an Electro Diagnostic Study to find out what kind of neuropathy I had. I reluctantly made an appointment for it, and his technicians who conducted the test were very nice and helpful. Then Dr. Shoari came in afterward and, like a whirlwind, flew in and out of the office, telling me that I did NOT have neuropathy in my feet or carpal tunnel syndrome. He asked me what medications I was on, and after I had mentioned 3 he cut me off and started talking. He told me I needed an MRI and that if nothing was wrong with my head, I would need to get off of my medications. I told him as he opened the door and was ready to leave that I had two questions. I asked one, he answered, and started to leave! Can you count to two, doctor?!?! I will not be going back EVER.

I had seen Dr Shoari years ago and he was the only physician that took the time to actually get to the root of my problem instead of just medicating me and letting my numbness get worse. He is an excellent Neurologist and I would recommend him to everyone!

I am new to the Utah area and I went to see Dr. Shoari for the first time. When making my apt I asked the receptionist if she could send me the new patient paperwork through email since they don't have them on their website and she did but I didn't receive it until right before my apt due to them sending it to the incorrect email. My apt was for 2:10 and I showed up at 2:00 since there's always something a new pt needs to do. I wasn't seen until 2:45 and Dr Shoari talked so fast I barely understood anything that was going on. He also didn't let me speak because he was in more of a hurry to get me out. I'm disappointed to say the least. Back to the drawing board to find another neurologist.

Support staff do not return calls, sometimes for weeks. It has always been a problem for the nearly 4 years I have been seeing the doc. I also don't feel like we have accomplished much of anything to help my severe accident trauma, because nothing ever seems to get done. I can't reccommend this doctor atr this time...

I have tried for two days to get either Katrina or Marina to call me back, I have left several messages. The pharmacy does not have the prescription Dr. Mo. sent for me. There must be something wrong with the contact information you have for Dick's Pharmacy in Centerville. I have checked with the Pharmacy twice a day to see if the prescription has been sent, even though I have not heard anything back. I need this medication, and I am very frustrated! Dr. Mo is wonderful; the staff is not
