Wasnt listening to me. Freaked out about my bp- even though it was already seen at the e.r and told to see a pmd- he ignored my other conditions and focused on bp and sending me to the E.D

I felt the doctor's bedside manner was gruff and he talked over me when I nervously tried to explain my feelings. He did not put me at ease at all. But to be fair, he did answer my questions and make sure that I had an understanding of what my issue could be.

Dr. Zia did a great job of listening to me and what I was going through. I felt like he asked follow up questions instead of trying to get a quick answer and ending the appointment. I also appreciated that he encouraged me to follow up with my primary.
