Staff is so rude need a class in customer service I was scheduled with my daughter on the same day at the same time I get there and this B*!&# tells me the Dr can only see one of us and the next available is In June!!!!! REALLY!!!! CLEAN HOUSE DR ALI!

Dr. Ali had an appointment with me and his staff was rude and had every intent of cancelling my appointment form the beginning. I made an appointment and was rushed off the phone without the person even giving me a time for the appointment but just a day. When I called back to just cancel because of the experience I was rudely told they would do it. The next day I was called by the staff there again to inform me that they had to cancel my appointment that I had cancelled the day before.
