Please avoid this Dr. and his staff at all cost. This is the worst office ever. Staff is very unprofessional. They never resolve your issues. They just push them off to the next person and hope you’ll forget about it. I decided to leave this office because of conflict with billing, and I spoke w Dr. Ibrahim on the phone and told him I would no longer be a patient at this office. He was ok with at the time, so I thought until he sent me a CERTIFICATE LETTER with return receipt inquiring me he could no longer be my Dr. because I wasn’t nice to his staff. Mind you, he already knew I was leaving the office so the letter was unnecessary other than to be petty. The level of pettiness from this Dr. is shameful. He terminated care w me after he promised to resolve the issue. He has no bedside manners, so no big loss. He spends more time at the computer (barely giving eye contact) than letting you talk. I’ve already found another Dr. n office. Avoid this Dr. he doesn’t bill correctly either.

Hight of Unprofessional Behavior
My mom went to see this doctor today. We picked him due to the proximity of his location to where my mom lives. It took us one hour and forty-five minutes just to make the appointment. She waited over 1.5 hours in their waiting room. Then, he had the nerve to reject her as a patient for no apparent reason. How is that acceptable? This guy picks and chooses who he wants as a patient based upon his personal choice and convenience. Shouldn't the patient have the ability to choose their PCP? Based upon my mom's experience, I suggest not seeing this unprofessional individual.

This doctor rarely looked at me and instead just typed on his computer screen. When I voiced my concerns he would give a short answer and blow off my questions.

Dr. Ibrahim was very attentive, explained all my medicines and their benefits, He was compassionate and caring, and certainly advised me of the short and long term plans on how as a team we would work to make me as physically and mentally healthy. Very compassionate about his field of practicing medicine for over good of his patience.
