Dr. Mohan Gupta, MD

The last couple times I have been to this office with my mom they have been utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. They do not see patients at their time slots, they take their utter precious time to do god knows what. Some of their assistants/ or MA are very rude from the start and do not listen to the patient and sound like they are right. They need help here as understaffed and take money left and right without proper measure. As for someone who works in multiple clinics as a site supervisor this office is the worst I have seen the times I have been here. The somber environment also makes even more ridiculous. My mom had to wait over an hour and half for her turn to be seen when her appointment was way way way before that. Someone needs to give them lessons on how to treat their patients.

This is by far the most incompetent doctor's office I've ever had to deal with. Dr. Gupta was my PCP for about 10 years. After a series of visits in 2019, they somehow managed to mess up a claim with my insurance company. They said it was something on my end and that I had to call the insurance company. When I called the insurance company, they said it was something that the doctors office did wrong. Apparently, neither one of them is competent enough to solve the riddle of the basic insurance claim. Gupta's office bothered me about it for over a year, calling and sending letters. I ended up calling the insurance company several times to attempt to work it out and sent Gupta's office all of the information the insurance company gave me. Eventually they stopped bothering me, so I assumed the issue was resolved. Well, I showed up today for a visit and whadaya know, they gave me a hard time about this 3 year old claim. Again. I just walked out. Never going back here again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for 12 years He is the best primary doctor that I ever had. Professional and very caring about your health. Recommended friends and family members and very happy with him. I consider my self fortunate to have him as my Doctor. Want to add his staff is excellent helpful and caring.

My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Gupta more than 15 years. I have had serious surgeries and he has literally kept me alive. I am now 78 and he is once again treating for something serious. He is a very busy doctor but remembers more about me and my husband than we do.

I rated one star because it will not let me leave a blank review. I had a prescription authorization I needed from my insurance and after calling for over a week was told that he does not do pre-authorizations. When I explained my insurance covers the prescription and I only needed him to call a 1-800 and give a verbal authorization, I was told that they leave him on hold too long and if I wanted him to do it I would have to come into his office and call myself for him. Unacceptable

New office is absolutely beautiful. Office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Also loved how everything that needs to be done can be done right on right and I am not having to run all over the place and make other appointments to get them done. Very convenient, esp with my busy work schedule.

I went to Dr. Gupta because I trusted him. He is thorough and my condition was asymtomatic! I believe he was challenged! The definition of a good doctor is a good listener and a good diagnostician. He ran tests and reviewed blood work, then called my insurance company to run another test that he could perform in the office eliminating wait times else's where's! He educated me, treated me and cured me setting expectations along the way! I was quite impressed! Thank you!

Finest medical service I ever experienced.

I've been going to Dr. Gupta for more than four years. Dr. Gupta shows true passion and care for his patients. Recently, I was admitted into the ICU at Westside Regional in plantain Fl. Dr Gupta was by my side the whole time I was there. Dr. Gupta never made me feel alone. Dr. Gupta and his team are the best. Thank you very much for keeping me and my family in good health.

Dr. Gupta is very caring, competent, compassionate, dedicated, and devoted physician. He sets very high standard of care for other physicians. His bedside manners including human touch to medical care are outstanding. Dr. Gupta went out of his ways to help me as he does for his other patients. His staff also follow him in professionalism and interpersonal interactions. I would highly recommend Dr. Gupta.
