Dr. Naidu
All the bad reviews are correct.. Dr. Naidu is only looking to pad her retirement account.. She knows that she is in control and doesn’t want to listen to what you have to say. I’ve been a patient for many years and I had anxiety every time I had to see her.. I lost my insurance and found a pcp that will prescribe the same medication for half the price..Dr. Naidu, please treat patients with more respect !

Seeing this doc for about 5 months.

I have been on psych meds for 30 years. I’m really glad I decided to try Dr. Nadu. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had never done a video psychiatry appointment. I absolutely love these. They’re quick, discreet, convenient, and to the point; but if there’s an issue I have beyond simply reviewing my medication, she’s always willing to listen and give expert medical advice. I really recommend you try her and don’t let the negative reviews affect your decision. Something else I’ve noticed is how well her staff organizes these appointments and tries to make appointments that are most convenient for the patients. That’s important for me.

My psychiatrist left the practice and I was changed to this doctor. She berated me repeatedly through our intake meeting due to a scheduling error that I made. She also spoke poorly of my previous psychiatrist and second guessed her diagnoses and medication that I have been taking for years which has served me well. I logged off the meeting the most anxious, agitated and upset than I have been in years.

My appointments have been pleasant. Dr. Naidu is friendly( I like that she smiles because some doctors are standoffish). She listens, she asks questions, and she responds in caring manner. I'm not sure why other reviewers were unhappy with her note-taking because Dr. Naidu knows exactly what was discussed in our previous sessions. She also does not over medicate. I am happy my PCP recommended the practice.

Missed an over the phone appointment call and 2 minutes later received a voicemail from the lovely doctor telling me if I didnt call her back in 5 minutes she’ll charge me $50 for the missed appointment because her schedule (which was entirely virtually) was to busy to give more than 5 minutes for a person dealing with psychological issues… also the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in the medical field hands down

i saw the bad reviews, but I’m glad I didn’t let them keep me away. Yes, Dr. Naidu typed on her computer as I talked, but I challenge anyone to find a practitioner in any discipline who doesn’t do this! She was caring and responded to what I was telling her. She had a great plan for my problems too. There was Indian music playing softly in the background, and she thoughtfully asked if the music bothered me.

Dr. Naidu????? A psychiatrist?????? I have been seeing psychiatrists for 20+ yrs. The only reason i went to her was because i moved, I have no idea how she got her license, she keeps her back to you typing on her computer, the smell of food in the office made me nauseous! She plays her music & hums to it, changed my medicine without weening off. Did not want to hear what i went through, I told her she should listen to what I went through and actually said NO!!! How did she get a license?????

I have never in my life experienced such a horrible Dr. She is rude, doesn't listen, has your back turned to you the whole time. I was on an aniexty med for 2 months that Dr. Mohana had prescribed me. After having to cancel an appt 2 hrs before a scheduled appt with her for a refill due to my child being severely ill (have a hospital note) Dr. Mohana had dropped me as a pt and refused meds. I began going through severe withdrawals. My new Dr. Is disgusted and can not believe her neglect.
