Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr. Arora is truly his patient’s advocate. This is extremely important, especially when the patient is hospitalized. He knows his patient and does not look only at age when evaluating appropriate treatment. Experience has been very positive and would recommend him to family and friends.

I needed to speak with him briefly about a prescription on which he made an error. He spoke to pharma rep waiting in office, but not me. Gave correct prescription to office staff without explanation/apology for error.

We were given a completely wrong diagnosis by Dr. Arora, and he does not make himself available to his patients. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

Dr. Arora simple could not handle my issues and problems when I presented them and told me to go back to my normal Dr. But when I was in the hospital when I met him, he knew everything. Looks some place else!

I just started with Dr. Arora. I like his attentiveness and his concern. His office staff are not the most professional or knowledgeable however.

A great doctor is one who spends time and doesn't rush to just get a job done. Dr. Arora is hands down the best Primary care physician . I am a newer patient of his. He takes time to listen to my concerns and give all solutions possible. he truly cares about his patients. He is very caring and well respected by his patients , as I could heard his patients talking about him in the waiting area. I will be referring everyone, including my family.

I was prescribed meds for an infection and had to follow up at urgent care because the dr would not offer a same day appointment (even though his website states so), the urgent care dr said the medication prescribed would not have rid the infection. The staff at Arora's office are rude, interrupt you as you are explaining, and have no professionalism. Office hours are limited and office is a dump. You talk to a receptionist, not a nurse! My family will not see this dr. again!
