The nurse and Physician were very thorough. Better than most.

Dr. Zena is very knowledgeable and is clearly interested in helping me achieve my goals.

Ordered blood tests. Never called to explain test results. Did not reply to repeated messages from me through the CHI message portal . Called their office and spoke to a nurse who seemed sympathetic to our concerns and said someone would be reaching out. That has not happened. Very disappointed with level of care and poor professionalism.

Dr. Zena was good as always.

Dr. Zena listens and pays attention to my symptoms and questions. He is thorough in his assessment and treatment if needed. He runs only tests that are absolutely needed. His assessments are documented and his follow-up is only when necessary. He is patient and personable. He does not waste time during visits and quickly gets everything done and you on your way with all the answers to questions you may have asked, prescriptions taken care of if needed and next appointment if necessary. I'm really glad he's my Endocrinologist.

Dr. Zena was incredibly thorough during the appointment and answered all my questions. I appreciated his obvious passion for understanding the situation holistically-- he took the time to both understand my symptoms and the medications and supplements I was on. After the appointment he quickly followed up with messages about the test results once they were posted-- I loved not having to play phone tag and that feedback was given via MyChart.The staff in the office was also wonderful. Between the positive visit and the absolutely delightful individual who took my blood-- she made me laugh-- I came in anxious and left the office with an endorphin high.

Didn't seem to care, was in a hurry.

Dismissive, Does not care about patients. Waste of my time and copay .

I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and Dr. Zena gave me every possible option, explained them very, very thoroughly, and told me what his recommendation would be. I’ve never had a doctor take the time and explain every option to me like that in my entire life. I feel like he was compassionate, kind, caring, and incredibly intelligent. I loved his bedside manner. He had a medical student with him, and I thought what a fabulous example of a great doctor for her to learn from.

I have seen many doctors over the years. I put Dr. Zena at the top of the list of very best doctors I have EVER had!!!

He was wonderful and compassionate on my visit. Ordered the correct tests to resolve my thyroid issues.

Does not care about the patient at all. Does not listen. He Instead offers comments based on his judgmental attitude.

Thr first time i saw dr zena, i had seen child hospital specialists, numerous board certified endocrinology Drs all my youth, and into my twenties and now my thirties. At first meeting him he said “dont worry John. Together we’ll get you healthy again.” In only 3 month’s my A1C went from 15.8 down to a 8.6!!! If you listen to him and stay league of drs couldn't figure out my insulin and the mix I needed to be healthy and to maintain the healthy, diet. Not eat cookies and doughnuts candy etc. To take healthy vitamin, take your meds, exercise, etc. My life was full of bad Drs. They couldn't figure out my diabetes. Dr. Zena figured it out in 3 months where even a hospital of specialists in diabetic Drs couldn't. He fixed my diabetes in only 3 months!! He is the best!!!!

I was very impressed with Dr, Zena and that is why I am his patient. When you visit him, he is always prepared in advance, knows your test results and past history and explains in detail any issues that may be present as well as instructions for recovery. His medical knowledge is amazing and I really appreciate that.

Very poor bedside manners. Didn’t even say hi when he entered the room or say nice to meet you.
