Do not see this doctor
Very disappointing. This doctor came into the office for 1 minute and did not answer my questions and simply referred his assistant to answer questions. This was after I had waited several hours at his disorganized office. Very awful practice… public do NOT see this doctor. He is terrible!

One of the longest wait times of any group I’ve ever seen! Waited on Dr Chica for 1 hr and 45 minutes for a follow up! Then arrived at the Boerne location at 9:15 with 1 doctor here and 6 patients waiting! I was told the doctor was running behind! By 9:15? Obvious these doctors think their patients have nothing to do but wait for them!

Got there at 9:15 am for a 9:30 appointment. Pictures of retinas took 10 minutes. At 11:30am and still had about an hour to go for a doctor I was told by his staff at 9:15am was "on time". I gave up. Two waiting rooms I passed on the way out were packed . One old man in a wheelchair said he had been waiting 2 hours and was not in an exam room yet. Doctors should be more considerate of their patients time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
