Dr. Molina Dayal, MD

She has the presence of a Monk, an Angel, a Saint, whatever descriptor conveys to you the most serene ethereal human being you’ve ever met. She is simultaneously calming, and Montherly, without being condescending, or patronizing in any way. That’s just her personality though, separately, professionally, medically speaking, she’s a steady hand in an otherwise dizzying adventure. She’s quick, and confident in her answers because she’s sharp, and that is not by accident. She diligently keeps on top of the latest developments in fertility treatments, and she’s quick to implement a method with more proven efficacy, or dismiss needlessly difficult methods, that are less necessary or effective. She’s straightforward, and concise. We did 3 rounds of egg retrievals to get the youngest embryos we could before beginning implantations, so we have worked with her for years now, and have just confirmed our second successful implantation, and could not imagine this journey with anyone else.

Dr. Dayal was an amazing Sherpa up the crappiest mountain we’ve ever climbed. Infertility was harder than we ever imagined and she made it bearable and she also made our daughter. We’re eternally grateful.

Dr Dayal is utterly amazing. We walked into her clinic labeled as "unexplained infertility" & within weeks had an offical diagnosis. She listened to all of my concerns & went above & beyond to ease my nerves & answer every single question I had. You are not just a number with Dr Dayal, you are a person & she cares. Every single time I went to the clinic, I saw her. She did every ultrasound & every test. She is the most compassionate doc I have ever met. thanks to her, we have a 4 month old son

Over the moon with Dr. Dayal. Very personable and truly cares for her patients. Gets to the bottom of reproductive issues and always changes what doesn't work or what could work better. Fights for better response to meds every time.

Dr Dayal and her staff are amazing. She is always prompt, compassionate, and informative. I especially like that she is the one doing all procedures including ultrasounds, not a nurse (although the nurse is present)
