Calling this a horrible doctor’s office and a horrible experience doesn’t even begin to cover it. First, I was told by the front desk that I couldn’t be transferred to billing, nor could they give me their number or an email. Huge red flag. Say yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can’t say what I want to say because it doesn’t meet the “community guidelines” but let’s just say there was an intentional insurance “mistake” that I’m still trying to get sorted 3 months later.

Dr. Molly McBride is good but her office is horrible. They've lost my paperwork, billed my insurance incorrectly, ignored my phone calls and emails, have a very messy office and are very nasty.

The staff was excellent but Dr. McBride was extremely insensitive, unhelpful and rushed. Will be finding another doctor.

Dr. McBride unsympathetically dismissed almost every question I asked. While in a vulnerable state, she made me feel as if my concerns about my own body were absolutely ridiculous. As I was sitting in the patient chair naked and crying over a possible STI, Dr. McBride stated, "you should have worn a condom." I had never felt so uncomfortable in a room with a doctor. When I left to pay, the receptionist hugged me while I was crying.
